About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field & Marketing Officer to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, building client relationships and executing field marketing initiatives to expand our reach within local communities and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies and campaigns, using online platforms to increase the organisation’s visibility.
• Conduct field visits to clients, events and communities to promote our services.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Organise and participate in promotional events, exhibitions and community engagement activities.
• Gather feedback from clients and the market to inform service improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and marketing performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, sales or community engagement, preferably in multimedia or creative industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local communities, culture and languages is an advantage.
• Creativity, initiative and a passion for multimedia services.
