Operations Manager Vacancy

The security firm is seeking a skilled and confident Operations Manager to lead its operations in Kakamega. The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in the security industry,
• Strong marketing and client engagement skills,
• Familiarity with counties in the Western region including Kakamega, Kisumu, Bungoma, Busia, and Vihiga,
• A diploma or degree in Security Management or a relevant field,
• A valid Certificate of Good Conduct.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating field operations, client relations, and supervising patrol activities.

Guards and Guardesses Requirements

Guardian Star is also hiring new guards and guardesses. The minimum requirements for these roles include:

• Height: At least 5 ft 9 in for men and 5 ft 8 in for women,
• Age: 24–42 years for men and 23–35 years for women,
• Education: Minimum KCSE (Form Four),
• Physically and mentally fit,
• Proficiency in both English and Kiswahili (oral and written).
